Serving Suggestion

As stock: 2 slightly rounded tsp per pint
As seasoning: sprinkle lightly to enhance the flavour of all savoury dishes.
As hot drink: 1 tsp per cup of boiled water. A delightful beverage only 16 calories per cup.
