Usage

Just add water to prepare this classic gravy. Ideal with Nut roasts, vegetable bakes or any organic meat dishes.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, maltodextrin, corn starch, yeast extract, sea salt, palm oil, tomato, onion, raw cane sugar, caramel.

Nutritional Information

Per 100g:
Energy 361kcal, 1510kJ, protein 10.6g, carbohydrate 61.5g -of which sugar 19.9g, fat 7.7g -of which saturates 3.8g, fibre 1.3g, sodium 4.9g.

Recipe

Stove Top Method: blend 22g of gravy powder into a saucepan with 250ml of water. Bring to the boil whilst stiring. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute until gravy thickens.
Roasting dish method: Sprinkle directly into pan juices, add some water and simmer until gravy thickens. Add a splash of red or white wine for extra flavour.

A very useful find. it tastes nice and is easy to prepare. Does not have any 'chemical' or 'forced" taste. Difficult to find in shops. Recomended. We also use and recommend Marigold Yeast Flakes, and their Reduced Salt Bouillons KALLO ORGANIC MUSHROOM STOCK CUBES also excellent but buy when you can find!.
