I absolutly love this stuff. After reading about it in Rebecca Richardsons book "candida can be fun" I purchased a bottle and have just received another top up with my new order. It adds an absolutly fabulous taste to stir frys, rice and other savoury dishes.

A much purer version of regular soy sauce and can be used just as you would soy sauce, stirfry, dressings, seasoning. Love it!
