Fish 4 Ever Bristling sardines are fished off the coast in the winter by local boats using mid water pelagic trawl method, Landed, smoked and packed by hand in Scotland.

Packed with beneficial Omega 3 oils and lightly smoked, bristling are the smaller species of sardine that is native to the Scottish coasts.

These are the best sardines for me, with no salt or oil they are very easy to digest and have a clean, fresh taste. I love them and could eat them every day!
I am very sad the bigger tin is no longer available, it was also better value.
