Product Details

These sardines are fished with small net sacks off the coast of Brittany by small local boats that go out at night and return in the morning. They only fish from June to November to ensure a better tasting fish with a high level of Omega 3.

Ingredients

Sardine fillets 80%, sunflower oil*, salt.
Organic ingredients certified by an outside body according to EU organic regs.

Drain the sardines and mash with finely chopped spring onion, a squeeze of lemon juice, some chopped fresh parsley and ground black pepper to taste. Serve on rye bread with a watercress salad.

My favorite quick snack for when I need protein, is to drain the tin, remove the bones from the fish, mash up with wholegrain mustard, ketchup and butter and spread on toast, yummy!
