Product DetailsIngredientsMackerel fillet (74%), cold pressed sunflower oil (24%), mixed pepper grains. Other InformationFish 4 Ever mackerel is sustainably fished in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Spain and Portugal, using small sized community based fishing boats that go out at night and return in the morning. No drag nets are used; these can be up to 100km long and will kill other sea species and birds. Factory ships are not used, there is no fishing during the breeding season and under-sized fish are not caught. Fish 4 Ever mackerel is caught in small net sacks and only the fillet of the fish is used.
