Ingredients

Mackerel fillet (60%), water, sunflower oil, raw cane sugar, wine vinegar, mustard, thickener guar gum, sea salt, starch, milk protein, wheat flour, spices, herbs, Worcester sauce, yeast, garlic.

Other Information

This mackerel is sustainably fished in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Spain and Portugal, using small sized community based fishing boats that go out at night and return in the morning. No drag nets are used as these can be up to 100km long and will kill dolphins, whales, sharks, turtle and sea birds. Factory ships are not used and the fish is not frozen either on board or on land. The mackerel is caught in small net sacks and only the fillet is used.
