White tuna (75%), cold pressed sunflower oil (24%), sea salt.

Other Information

This tuna is line-fished near the Azores using small sized community based fishing boats that go out at night and return in the morning. No drag nets are used because these can be up to 100km long and will kill dolphins, whales, sharks, turtles and sea birds. Factory ships are not used and the fish is not frozen either on board or on land.

A lot of people say that they won't buy line-caught tuna because it's too expensive for what it is, but I think that it's definitely worth it - if more people realised what damage the nets do, they'd be inclined to pay a bit more. This is delicious tuna.

Gorgeous tuna. I get this one in olive oil, and you can just add vinegar, mix through with some salad leaves and tomatoes and you have a realy quick and delicious salad.
