Roasted Chicory - Mon 5th Sep 2011
Halve 4 heads of chicory and place in an ovenproof dish. Pour over 2 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper and roast at 180 degrees C/gas 4 for 20 mins. Scatter with 4 tbsp chopped walnuts and serve. Good with baked fish.
