Lemon Chilli Olives - Tue 6th Dec 2011
Put 20-25 pitted green olives in a small bowl. Add 1-2 tbsp Mr Organic olive oil, the juice and zest of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of dried chilli flakes and ground black pepper. Serve.

Sardines a la Provencale - Sun 15th Jan 2012
Remove scales from some fresh sardines (3-4 per person), gut and wipe clean. Put 1 generous dsp strong mustard in a basin and gradulally add 100 ml olive oil, mixing well until sauce is smooth and creamy. Season and add some herbs de Provence to taste. Brush sardines with the sauce and grill for 3-5 mins on each side (depending on size). Serve immediately.
