Per 100g: Energy 1537kJ/368Kcal, Protein 8.3g, Carbohydrate 77.7g, of which sugars 1g, Fat 1.2g, of which saturates 0.2g, Fibre 6.4g, Sodium 0.7g.

May contain traces of peanut, soya & gluten.

Other Information

Organic corn is selected, washed and cooked with a pinch of sea salt. The cooked corn is left to rest a while so that the water content can spread evenly. The grains of corn are then preheated and passed through two cylinders. The flakes are then grilled. Small or burnt particles are automatically removed. The cornflakes are packed and passed through a metal detector.

Was soo happy when I found a cornflakes brand that doesnt have sugar added as some others are just loaded with! It's very crispy and you can actually taste corn in it!

At last some sugar-free cornflakes. And it is a huge packet! These are nice and delicate, with a pure corn flavour and a light texture, that doesn't hurt the teeth like some other brands. Recommended.
