Mixed fruit (sultanas, raisins, currants, peel), gluten free flour mix (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), egg, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifier:mono-dyglycerides), demerara sugar, prunes, cranberry juice, cherries, ground almonds, baking powder, (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate) xanthan gum, bi-carbonate of soda, mixed spice, cinnamon ginger.
