Made using organically grown ingredients and containing no artificial additives, Kallo Organic Garlic and Herb stock cubes provide the perfect way to enhance the natural flavours of your home prepared dishes.

Usage

Dissolve one Kallo Organic Garlic and Herb stock cube in 500ml of boiling water.

Ingredients

Sea salt, vegetable fat, corn starch, yeast extract, garlic powder (7%), herbs (1%) (lovage, celery, parsley, rosemary, thyme), spices (tumeric, mace, pepper), natural flavouring.

Nutritional Information

Per 100ml:
Energy 28kj/ 7kcal, protein 0.2g, carbohydrate 0.5g, of which sugars trace, fat 0.4g, of which saturates 0.2g, fibre trace, sodium0.4g.

Recipe

Vegatable chowder Soften one medium onion and one red pepper, sliced, in two tbsp of olive oil for five minutes. Add 450g of potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced, 1 x 375g can of American style creamed sweetcorn and 500ml of Kallo Organic Garlic and Herb stock. Stir and simmer for fifteen minutes before serving. serves 4
Savoury Pilau Rice Cover 200g of long grain white rice with 500ml of Kallo ORganic Garlic and Herb stock, simmer uncovered for fifteen minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and allow to stand for five minutes. Serves 2
