I try to avoid wheat for health reasons but was never keen on the more commonly found thick rice cakes. These thin ones are much lighter and crispier and of course you get to eat more topping per quantity of rice cake! (is that a good thing?)

I love these Thin Sliced Rice Cakes. I often start my day with one, before my breakfast. I have it with a sweet date. Delicious.

I'm a real salt fiend and I buy these to reduce my overall salt intake, although these are delicious especially sprinkled with nutritional yeast (engevita) and you don't notice the lack of salt at all, great healthy, wholegrain snack.
