Usage

The pack contains one sachet of beans & pulses and one sachet of seeds. To sprout the bean mix, put 2 tablespoons of the sprouting mix into a jar and cover with warm water and leave in a warm place. Cover the opening of the jar with a piece of muslin and secure with an elastic band, turn the jar upside down to drain off the excess water. Rinse and drain the sprouts through the muslin twice a day. The sprouts will be ready to eat after about 4-5 days and will keep fresh refrigerated in a sealed plastic container for 3-4 days.
For the seed mix, put ¼ tablespoon of the seeds in a jar as above and use the same procedure and they will be ready to eat in approximately 3 days.
