An ideal store cupboard meal for one person. The sachet of spices to be added at the end of cooking is quite generous - if you aren't keen on very 'hot' flavours then I'd suggest using only about half of what's supplied. I also add a sprinkling of pine nuts to the pan just before serving for a bit of added texture.
