Crunchy and fruity, this light crispy granola is ideal for a sweet strawberry start to the day. It is so delicious you may want to eat it as a snack too!

Ingredients

British conservation grade wholegrain cereals (60%), (oat flakes, barley flakes, oat flour), raw cane sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, palm oil), rice flour, desiccated coconut, freeze dried strawberry pieces (2%), sea salt, natural vanilla flavouring.

Yum and double yum!! These are PERFECT! Not too hard, but light and crunchy, plenty of healthy oats and crisp freeze-dried strawberries, they don't go soggy in milk until you're almost finished, which is FAST cos they are so delicious! I could live on them. The nutty varieties are also just as nice. A winner in my cereal cupboard! My only possible criticism would be they are a bit sweet, they don't need as much added sugar as the strawberries are quite sweet already. But I do have a sweet tooth so I forgive them!
