Easy jelly - Wed 9th Feb 2011
Easy to make and set well enough but flavour quite subtle. To subtle for me. I added some cherry cordial to my 2nd attempt and that helped. Once out of the fridge it became a bit wet around the bowl, sort of sliding loose and then in bowl with ice cream it wasn't as bouncey as traditional jelly. This didn't make it unpleasant at all but the texture is not quite the same or as solid as your traditional jellies from cubes. Perfectly nice to eat though.
