Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6.

Mix contents od the pack with 375ml of cold water.

Pour the batter into a lightly greased baking tin (approximately 15cm x 10cm).

Brush the top of the batter with cold water.

Bake for 58 - 60 minutes or test until a skewer comes out clean. When baking the bread in your oven, for best results, sit an oven-proof bowl of boiling water in the bottom of the oven while baking.
