Cooking Instructions

Mix, make and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F/gas mark 4.

Choose to use a single pack or the full double pack.

Mix contents of the pack with 90g of soft butter and 2 eggs and blend to a smooth consistency (for a single pack).

Or

Mix the contents of the pack with 4 eggs and 175g of soft butter (for a double pack).

Pour the batter into your choice of greased baking tin; approximately 20cm diameter for a round tin (single sachet) or one rectangular loaf tin 25cm x 10cm (double pack). Bake for 25-30 mins (single pack) or 55-60 mins (double pack) or test until a skewer comes out clean.

The vegan recipe (double pack)

Mix the contents of one pack with 150g of soft margarine and add 150ml of water or soya milk or rice milk and follow as per directions above.

Wholemeal rice flour (32%)*, corn flour*, raw cane sugar*, baking powder (raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, cream of tartar), corn flour), carob bean gum*, pure bourbon vanilla*, sea salt.
