Cooking Instructions

Pour the contents of the pack into a mixing bowl (single pack).

Beat 1 egg, 200ml of your usual milk (dairy or dairy-free), and add 1 tablespoon of oil in a separate bowl.

Add the liquid of the dry mix and whisk until smooth.

Grease a small non-stick frying pan with small knobs of butter or oil.

Pour enough butter to coat the pan or form a sizable pancake and cook until small bubbles appear in the batter.

Flip the pancake onto the other side and cook until golden brown.

Douple pack

Follow the instructions above for a single pack but add 2 eggs, 400ml of your usual milk and 2 tablespoons of oil.
