Raw honey - Wed 11th May 2011
This honey has been cold pressed so has more of the beneficial nutrients and enzymes intact, it's just a shame that it is packed in plastic rather than eco-friendly grass. Taste-wise it has a lovely deep, pure taste, the texture is nice too since it hasn't been pasturised it has a nutural set consistency which I like, it's great for spreading and just eating straight from the jar.

Pleasant taste, creamy texture, a good raw honey if you're after a more natural product. Not quite sure of the nectar source/whether this is a blend. Good for everyday use, not strong or too mild either. Shame about the plastic jar, eco-friendly glass would be preferred.
