Product Details

Bragg’s charcoal products have been used since 1853 to aid digestion, their charcoal biscuits are manufactured according to an original recipe dating back to 1879, devised by John Longman Bragg from his bakery in London’s West End. The Activated Charcoal used in their recipe give the biscuits their distinctive colour, these delicious biscuits may be eaten on their own or with cheese and other savoury foods. All Braggs products are produced from 100% natural ingredients and contain no preservatives or additives and help to promote a healthy digestive system

Usage

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once the pack is opened the product should be kept in an air tight container.

Ingredients

Stone ground wholemeal flour, unbleached white flour, salted butter, raw cane sugar, activated charcoal (2%), malt, raising agent E500.

Per 100g: Energy 1714kj/407kcal, Protein 8.5g, Carbohydrate 64.7g (of which are sugars 10.4g), Fat 12.7g (of which are saturates).

Cautions

Contains: milk, gluten and may contain traces of egg, nuts, mustard and sesame.
