Cooking Instructions
Simply melt the butters, add flavours if desired then carefully stir in the powders and sweetener. Once completely smooth and still warm, dip fresh fruit, or pour into mould and refrigerate.

Raw national Arriba cacao powder, specially shipped from Ecuador.
Raw national Arriba cacao butter, carefully blended with a small quantity of coconut butter for its smooth texture and incredible health properties.
A touch Peruvian carob powder rounds the flavour and provides a naturally sweet balance to the dark cacao.
A pinch of deliciously creamy Lucuma fruit powder smoothly lifts the chocolate to the next level - appealing to both dark and milk chocolate lovers alike.
Sweeten to taste with the magical Agave Nectar, twice as sweet as refined sugar yet low G.I.. The highest quality sweetener on the market.

Raw (undutched) cacao has up to 3 times the levels of antioxidants of regular dutched cacao, twice as many as red wine.

Recipe
Chocolate nuts recipe with walnut, pecan, almond, brazil, macadamia, and pistachio.
Follow the chocolate making instructions until you have a bowl of smooth raw chocolate. Place a selection of organic nuts into the ice tray. Pour the chocolate over each nut and sprinkle a little ground almond on the top. Refrigerate until solid. Alternatively wait until the chocolate is thickening and dip each nut individually placing it onto some greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with ground almond and refrigerate.
