Wheat flour, sultanas, water, cane sugar, egg yolks, vegetable margarine, butter, whole eggs, natural yeast, emulsifiers: soya lecithin; barley and corn malt, natural vanilla flavouring, natural citrus flavouring.

Other Information

Made in the Veneto area of Italy, not far from Venice itself, this is a traditional Panettone with lots of lovely sultanas and a delicious aroma of vanilla and citrus. Organic Panettone is not only made from organic agricultural ingredients but avoids use of artificial preservatives found in conventional Panettone to extend the life.

The vanilla aroma hits you as soon as you unpack this delectable panettone. The sponge melts in the mouth, full of subtle flavours. After opening it can go a bit dry, but then you are prompted to toast slices and serve topped with big dollops of organic vanilla ice cream - delicious!
