Conscious chocolate is my favourite brand of raw vegan chocolate (I've tried most of them). It's the most melt in your mouth in texture (probably from the coconut oil) and closest to the regular cooked chocolate, hard to believe it's raw. Taste-wise this one is fantastic, and the nuts give a boost of nutrition too, although I keep mine in the fridge as it melts very easily, be warned. I'm really fussy and I give this top marks.
