Conscious chocolate is my favourite brand of raw vegan chocolate (I've tried most of them). It's the most melt in your mouth in texture (probably from the coconut oil) and closest to the regular cooked chocolate, hard to believe it's raw. Taste-wise this one is fantastic, I love the little chewy bits of sweetness in it, surprisingly good, although I keep mine in the fridge as it melts very easily, be warned. I'm really fussy and I give this top marks.

I had no idea what raw chocolate was and thought I'd give this a go. It has got to be the best chocolate I have ever tasted. EVER. Savour it and forget about the price tag - it's totally delicious.
