Fantastic versatile product, can be used straight up as a refreshing detoxifying drink when added to warm water. Or great in dressings.

In the past, I have always purchased Martlett's Honegar and really enjoyed the taste and benefits. As Martlett's was out of stock, I decided to try this, thinking of the added benefit of manuka honey. I'm sad to say I don't think I'll try this again. Issue 1 - it comes in a plastic bottle, which I don't think is a wise choice for a vinegar-based product. Issue 2 - it is incredibly sharp, rather than the pleasant vinegar zing of the other brand, and definitely needs extra honey (and then some!) as per the directions on the bottle. A wiser approach would be to mix your own honey/vinegar until the real Honegar is back on the shelves :)
