Directions for use: To make a health and delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of Comvita Honeygar in a glass of warm water, add lemon to taste.

For a refreshing summertime drink add cold water and a sprig of mint.

As a salad dressing, mix with cold pressed olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, kelp and fresh garden herbs.
