I like to grind this up to make a salt and add it to pastry or cooking - adds a hint of salty flavour with loads of goodness.

Taste-wise, this is fantastic, however I think the flakes are way to small, I expected the seaweed to be in bite-size pieces rather than miniscule flakes. However it tastes really good in salads, the dulse being one of the most popular seaweeds in terms of taste. You can also sprinkle these in your cooking to add flavour and reduce your salt intake. It's a good mix of european sourced seaweeds, and good for you too.

Delicious and really handy - at last, healthy snack food! Can be mixed with nuts or endamame or rice crackers and eaten as it is. Also really good in noodle soups, miso, casseroles or stews.
