Clearspring Organic Hatcho Miso is traditionally prepared and naturally aged to a centuries old recipe using the finest whole organic ingredients. Use hatcho miso to give a hearty flavour to beans, sauces, spreads, baked and simmered dishes, vegetable soups and stews. Simply dilute with cooking liquid and add.

Miso should always be unpasteurized in order to be beneficial, but most of the time it isn't.
This one has a very rich taste and is made according to tradition, hence it comes highly recommended.
