Product Details

Fine sea salt from the salt-works of the Trapini nature reserve on the island of Sicily.The salt is collected and packed by hand following traditional methods. It is unrefined and is not chemically treated so this salt retains all it's natural trace minerals.

It is very handy to find this natural salt and not have to grind it.

This salt is tasty. It has a natural look -- the grains are unevenly sized and clump a little -- I'm not complaining, though! I put mine through a grinder since I like REALLY fine salt (which is great for popcorn), but this is fine unground, too (although I think it is a teeny bit on the coarse side).
