To prepare Hazer Baba Apple Tea place two teaspoons of the apple tea mixture into a suitable cup, pour in hot water and stir, sugar to taste. Alternatively for a cold refreshing drink place one tablespoon of the mixture into a glass pour in cold water and stir.

Sugar, citric acid (E330), apple concentrate, vitamin C (500mg/kg), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate E341), colouring (caramel E150d), nature-identical apple flavour, acidity regulator.

- Fri 17th Aug 2007 Strictly speaking, Hazer Baba Turkish Apple Tea isn't actually a tea, but it's very nice.
My girlfriend doesn't like tea, and this makes a good substitute for a social cuppa.
