Remember an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Well apples are good for you because they contain antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids and natural fruit sugar. These all help your heart, digestive system and blood sugar. Traditionally, cinnamon has also been used for blood sugar control. But what's more important is that this zingy, pink apple and cinnamon granola just tastes so delicious!

This is the best vegan, 'no added sugar' and nutritious granola I have found. It has a great texture and taste, as well as including the prebiotic oligofructose.
