Product Details

Dark chocolate is not the baddie everybody thinks it is. It contains goodies called polyphenols and, specifically, favenols. Current research id finding that flavenols can help maintain a healthy blood pressure and promote heart health. What better reason do you need for indulging in a luxury breakfast? You can also add this granola to a yoghurt for a light a healthy dessert at the end of the day.

Ingredients

Jumbo rolled oats, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, fructose, obiglofrutose (a natural soluble fibre derived from chicory), dark belgium chocolate (5%), cocoa powder, cashew nuts, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, golden linseeds, roast hazelnuts, walnuts, cocoa extract, vanilla flavour.

Dark Belgium chocolate contains: Cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin.

The lovely packaging caught my attention on this granola. It is a nice one but for me, both the flavour and texture were a little dull. Good healthy ingredients but not as delicious as others.
