Add 1-2 teaspoons Wake Cup to a cup of hot or boiling water, according to taste.

Whole Earth Wake Cup is a unique hot drink made from roasted whole grains for body, chicory for bitterness, chickpeas and figs for a smooth nutty aroma and extract of guarana for a sustained uplifting effect. Wake Cup contains no coffee beans.
Guarana has traditionally been used by the Amazon Indians as a sustaining and uplifting alternative to tea or coffee. Its steady stimulation is valued whenever stamina and energy are in demand. Guarana nowadays is either gathered in the rain forest or is cultivated in parts of northern Brazil.

People who are using this as an alternative to caffeine should be aware guarana has very similar stimulant affects, and should be avoided by those with cardiac and high blood pressure problems.
