Usage

Use 1 mulling spice pouchette, 3 tablespoons of sugar or honey and the finely pared peel of either a lemon or an orange to 75cl of either wine, cider or juice. Heat all of the ingredients slowly in a pan stirring regularly. Just before it comes to the oil, remove from heat, cover and allow to infuse for about 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Cinnamon (cassia), cloves, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, hibiscus, juniper berry, bayleaf.
