Usage

As a cool refressing drink, add milk or soya milk to 1-2 heaped teaspoons of carob powder, having first made into a paste. Also, delicious hot.

This is a great chocolate replacement. None of those sugar highs and lows after taking this natural product. Organic is always a good investment. This is great for recipies (eg The Kind Diet 'Raw Balls') and is also yummy used as a drinking chocolate!

I've discovered this makes a lovely hot 'chocolate' mixed with soya milk and just a tiny bit of sugar as it is really sweet on its own. Great for bedtime when you don't want the caffeine that comes with cocoa.
