Fruity Pork Kebabs - Thu 9th Feb 2012
Cut 500 g pork fillet into 2 1/2 cm cubes. Mix together 2 tbsp clear honey, 3 tbsp shoyu soy sauce, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp soft brown sugar and some ground black pepper, to taste. Add the pork, mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Peel 4 kiwi fruit and cut into 3 pieces. Thread the pork and kiwifruit on to 4 skewers and place under a preheated moderate grill for 6-8 mins, turning and basting occasionally until cooked and golden.
