Cooking Instructions

Measure 1 level tablespoon of gravy powder and mix to 5 floz of water or stock. Stir well whilst heating until contents thicken. Add a little more powder as necessary to taste or thicken.

Ingredients

Potato starch, hydrolysed vegetable protein, carob powder, salt, onion powder, spice extracts, herb extracts.

As a therapist specialising in alergy testing for the last 16 years and as I too have problems digesting gluten, lactose, yeast etc I can endorse this web site. Previously I had to look at many different sites and shops in order to obtain the type of foods that I and my patients needed. Now however, they are all found in this one web site. Well Done !

This is great as an enhancer to stews etc, but I found used alone as a gravy the taste of carob was too strong! Still a very handy store cupbaord ingredient!
