Product Details

Baking powder is a leavening agent, most frequently used in recipes like cakes, quick breads and pancakes. Allergycare baking powder is gluten free and is ideal for use with gluten free speciality flours.

Cooking Instructions

Add 3 level teaspoonsful into 225g (8oz) of flour. Mix well and continue in the normal way.

Ingredients

Disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, potato starch, sodium bicarbonate.
