I used this as a pratice mix for both a gluten and a gluten free scone base recipe - and no-one noticed. The mix was even and cooked well.

Finely milled and therefore gives light and fluffy texture when used in bread recipes combined with other flours.
Very good for making pancakes as the mild but deliciously nutty flavour comes through well.
