I have used this product to make cakes along with almond meal instead of flour and it has enabled me to remain within the perameters on my low/slow carb diet. GREATReviewer's Name:

Well this was quite the find... It's a really powdery, fine white substance, tastes very much like sugar. You can't tell the difference in baked or cold goods with this. Great for diabetics as it doesn't raise your blood sugar.
The only downside is that after doing some research I found that while it may be good for avoiding sugar highs and lows, those of us who want to lose weight might need to look elsewhere, because it is metabolized in such a way as to turn into fat more quickly..Reviewer's Name:

It's not perfect but compared to regular sugar is definitely a better option and has a superb sweet taste. I use alot on cornflakes in the morning instead of normal sugar and suffer from less headaches now. It is also nice in teas and sprinkled on cakes.Reviewer's Name:

This is a very good sweetener to use instead of sugar if you have blood sugar problems. It works well in cooking but use about 2/3 of what the recipe suggests.Reviewer's Name:
