Spiced Apple with Pancakes - Tue 25th Sep 2012
Lightly saute apple slices and raisins in butter, sprinkle with ciinnamon, add a few chopped walnuts and use to fill pancakes. Works well with ground ginger or ground cloves too.

Great flavour strong and very tasty - sometimes the flavour of store bought cinnamon can be a bit 'tired'. I love to use cinnamon which can prove expensive. Being able to buy it in bulk is great for the budget.
