This powder is very fine, like talc powder, therefore be very careful when transferring from the bag to your storage containers of choice, with the powder being so fine it is also hard to mix with water and get to a consistency whereby you do not taste the powder itself. On reflection I am not sure I would have purchased this item knowing this first. However I can vouch for its benefits so far, I feel fresher and have more energy, my skin seems clearer.

If anyone has some other recipe ideas please post on this site, I am not sure that the manufacturers suggestions of sprinkling on cereals, yoghurt etc would be any better than mixed with water or juice as I have tried. The powder is so fine it does stick in the mouth and throat.
