Product Details

Taking additional omega 6 in the form of evening primroses oil is a great way to keep your GLA level topped up. This essential fatty acid helps to balance hormone levels and many PMS sufferers have been found to be deficient in this vital substance.

Recommended Dosage

Take 1-2 teaspoons per day (5-10ml) on its own or with food. Use cold to preserve its beneficial properties.
