Recommended Dosage

Take 3 teaspoons per day (15ml) on its own or with food. Use cold to preserve its beneficial properties.

Oil produced from organically grown pumpkin seeds.

Energy 3304kJ/803kcal, Protein <0.1g, Carbohydrate 4.1g, Fat 87.4g (of which saturates 15.0g, mono-unsaturates [omega 7 & 9] 23.42g, polyunsaturates 48.7g, of which alpha linolenic acid [omega 3] 5.24g, linoleic acid [omega6] 43.50g.)

Cautions

Not suitable for children under 12 months.

Other Information

Pumpkin oil contains both polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids (Omega 6 and 9 EFA's) which, studies have shown, can help in the maintenance of a healthy heart. Pumpkin oil also contains zinc (including magnesium and B complex vitamins).
Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.
