Recommended Dosage

Take one teaspoonful twice a day. The oil has a slightly nutty taste and can be taken either on its own or added to cereal, yoghurt or ice cream. Use cold to preserve properties as an alternative to vegetable or olive oil.

Not a great fan of the nutty flavour, but I take it for the health benefits (a tablespoon a day) so can get over that. Easily mixed into porridge and you wouldn't taste it at all.
