Usage

Keep refrigerated after open.

Ingredients

Water, sunflower oil (40%), flaxseed oil (5%), apple juice (5.5%), modified maize starch, soya protein (1.4%), salt, acidity regulators (acetic acid, citric acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), mustard flour.

A little on the runny side compared with regular mayo, however my daughter that I buy for doesn't know the difference and loves it with chicken or salad etc.
