This Mayo makes a lovely coleslaw, it reminds me a bit of salad cream more than mayo.
As much mayo as you like, at least enough to coat the vegetables.
1 small cabbage (you can use any cabbage, I like Sweetheart or White especially) Grated or finely shredded.
5 large carrots, grated
2 red onions, grated
1 Heaped tablespoon of Nori flakes.
Mix all ingredients together.
You can add salt, pepper, various spices and herbs to change the flavour of the coleslaw - but it's pretty good without adding any extras.Reviewer's Name:

Having multiple food intolerances in our house makes finding suitable pre-prepared foods a challenge. This mayonnaise alternative is quite acceptable. Its flavour and scent are quite convincing. I do, however, find it slightly sweeter than 'normal' mayonnaise, and the texture is not as thick.Reviewer's Name:

This is too sweet for my liking, prefer the Plamil one. Still, good that it's vegan.Reviewer's Name:

I love this non-dairy mayo. It has a nice texture and is not salty or too sweet. This is my favourite non-dairy mayo. Compared to others.Reviewer's Name:

We liked this product, we've tried nearly all the vegan mayo available, this one has good ingredients, no rapeseed oil, which is a total bonus and made a nice potato salad. I'm going to try it with home made coleslaw next.Reviewer's Name:
